  • Summer Term: May 7 to August 16, 2018 or intersession (TBC)

Curriculum

Term 1

  • FNST 101-3: Introduction to First Nations Studies
  • LSAS 101-2: Learning Strategies for Academic Success

and at least one of

  • FAL X99-4: Foundations of Academic Literacy
  • FAN X99-2 (Part 1): Foundations of Analytic and Quantitative Reasoning

Term 2

  • EAS 110/FASS 110-4: Explorations in the Arts and Social Sciences
  • HSCI 130-4: Foundations of Health Science
  • FASS 118-3: Special Topics in First Nations Studies
  • FAN X99-2 (Part 2, if applicable): Foundations of Analytic and Quantitative Reasoning

Total units: 22-24 (7-8 courses including FAN/FAL)

Pathways

  • Normally, a GPA of 2.5 will guarantee direct admission to SFU with full transfer units.
  • Normally, a GPA of 2.8 will guarantee direct admission to SFU plus access to a paid Summer Student Internship
