Jasper Stoodley

Information Technology Professional, Faculty of Health Sciences


As an IT systems analyst, Jasper's role is to manage administrative and research IT systems for the Faculty of Health Sciences community. He is involved in a number of projects, working at all stages of the development life cycle and providing project management expertise. His current projects include developing solutions for improving the management of administrative data to support evidence-based decision-making at the Faculty level. 

Since the year 2000, Jasper has held a number of IT-related positions at SFU, including managing the Client Services Help Desk and AV teams in IT Services, administering managed desktop and server systems for IT Services and the Faculty of Health Sciences, and supporting the GIS and remote sensing computing facilities in the Department of Geography. 

Jasper is ITIL certified in IT Services Management best practices and is always interested in new learning opportunities.
