Before booking a trip, you must create a user profile to

Service Fees
In accordance with other online travel programs, there is a fee associated with your bookings. The fees listed below are charged with every booking made.
- Booking through Concur : $11
- Booking through a Live Service Agent :
- Domestic Booking - $29
- Transborder Booking - $35
- International Booking - $39
