Alum Chris Clarke publishes translation of In the Café of Lost Youth

Congratulations to alumnus, Chris Clarke, (BA French, 2016), on the publication of his translation, In the Cafe of Lost Youth by Patrick Modiano. 

Clarke is currently teaching at Brooklyn College in the US and completed his PhD at the CUNY Graduate Centre in New York City in 2017.  His translations include work by Pierre Mac Orlan (Brooklyn Rail), Raymond Queneau (New Directions) and Oulipo member Olivier Salon (Words without Borders).
