After your internship

The following deliverables must be submitted to Mitacs no later than one month after the project concludes:

• A final report that summarizes the project. The participant is responsible for drafting the final report and securing approval and signatures from the participating supervisors.
• Mitacs will contact you to complete an exit survey.
