Calling all girls and young women! What does an accessible city look like to you? We want your lens in how to build an ideal city!
Women Transforming Cities wants to put your voices in the forefront at Young Women Take Charge! This is a call out for self-identified girls and young women living in Vancouver interested in shaping how our city grows. Make an impact, share your experiences, and help design an ideal city for women and girls.

Amplifying the voices and experiences of youth, Young Women Take Charge will be serving up a night of youth-led discussions on activating youth empowerment, creating accessible and inclusive spaces for girls and young women, and connecting communities. Join us for a community discussion and and intergenerational panel of inspirational speakers raising their voices on the positive impacts that can occur when young women are in charge. We also welcome the perspectives of youth workers and allies from the cross-sections of cultural communities and local organizations.

Women Transforming Cities is an organization that works to transform cities into Ideal Cities in which women and girls are actively involved in the electoral process and in which local governments are responsive to the priorities of young women
