In addition to her legal background, Stephanie has a strong business advisory skill set, having previously worked as a management consultant advising public and private sector clients on operations, human capital and strategic business issues.

In her current role, Isabelle identifies, assesses and commercializes innovations developed within the Faculty of Science. She oversees the development of technology and intellectual property portfolios and their commercialization through inter-institutional collaboration agreements, licensing and/or the formation and development of spin-out companies.
