Connecting to University Governance
One I.S. SC will report into the VP’s Table on a regular basis. The VP’s Table will also flag decisions requiring IT review, input, or action by the IT stewardship process. Decision recommendations, project proposals, and escalation of key issues requiring strategic guidance will come from the OneIS SC to the VP’sTable. Typically, One I.S. SC will review ASSC, RSSC, and ESSC recommendations before being escalated to the VP’s Table. Specific issues related to academic or administrative governance will be routed to appropriate senate or board committees when deemed appropriate. Unfunded or partially funded capital requests are brought to the Capital Management Committee before coming to the VP’s Table. The diagram below illustrates the relationships.
