The Research Centre for Scottish Studies

The Research Centre for Scottish Studies is a joint venture between faculty members and individuals in the community which provides a focal point for those who are interested in exploring Scottish history and culture and the connections between Scotland and Canada in the contemporary global landscape.

They are the only institution in Western Canada with a Scottish studies focus, and collaborate with other academic institutions in Canada interested in Scottish Studies.  They offer annual scholarships to undergraduate and graduate students working in the area of Scottish studies.
