DocuShare is a web-based document management system that allows the users to use web browser to store, view, edit and share information with other users across the internet or within the SFU community. Within SFU Student Services, DocuShare is used primarily for storing and sharing senate notes.

Health Counselling Survey is an anonymous survey management application that is designed to provide management capability to front-end WEB based online surveys.
HCS Workshops is a system that tracks and manages different sessions that are hosted by Health and Counselling services.

Workstudy is an application that identifies all available co-op positions within the University and is used by both faculty and department members.
