Information Sessions

The 1-hour information session will prepare CRM Phase 1 users for the upcoming transition to the system. The session covers:

  • what a CRM system is and what it will deliver, 
  • why SFU has chosen to implement a CRM, and 
  • how we will support your departments throughout this transition.

It is also an opportunity for users to ask any general questions they may have about the system, before receiving formal training.


Demo Sessions

This session will demostrate the various modules of the system to CRM Phase 1 users by walking users through different scenarios, detailing when and how users may interact with the CRM system.


Training sessions and self-study material are available for staff members. These sessions will be held in computer labs to allow for hands-on learning of the CRM system. The self-study material provided supplements the content of the training sessions.

Pre-Training Salesforce Overview

This self-study overview provides staff with an understanding of the benefits, notable features, and navigation of Salesforce. This overview is a prerequisite to in-lab training.
