There are a variety of advanced features within SFU Connect that will help you manage your messages more efficiently. Learn how to organize your tasks, set up alerts and search for messages. Click on a page on the right for more details and step-by-step instructions.
To forward your mail to another mail box, log into connect.sfu.ca and go to Preferences > Mail. Under the Receiving Messages heading, enter the address you want to forward to into the "Forward a copy to" field. You can also check the "Don’t keep a local copy of messages" option if you want your email forwarded, but not kept in SFU Connect.
SFU Connect will only accept one address in the "Forward a copy to" field. The easiest way to forward to multiple addresses is to set up a filter to forward the mail. First, create a filter to match the messages you want to forward. Then add multiple actions to this filter, each of which forwards to one of the addresses of your choice.
- If you want to forward all your email, try using a filter with the match set to: Size over 0B
- If you want the email kept locally, uncheck the "Do not process additional filters"
