Delegating Your Account

Delegating your account lets another user to send messages on your behalf, but does not give them access to your folders. You can also add multiple delegates and edit their permissions at any time.

1. Navigate to Preferences, then go to the Accounts tab and select the Add Delegate button near the bottom of the page.

2. Enter an SFU email address and select Send As or Send On Behalf Of.

3. Select where to save copies of sent emails from the list below:
