Sharing is the ability to grant another user access to one or more of your folders in your SFU Connect account.  For example, if you would like to share a collection of files in your Briefcase with another person, you can share one of your Briefcase folders.  Depending on the permission level you give, that person may be able to view and/or modify those files.

You can share any of the following from your SFU Connect account:

  • Mail folders
  • Contact lists
  • Calendars
  • Task lists
  • Briefcase folders

For each share, you can set permissions to either allow the person to view, manage, or administer your folder's contents.
