Tags are labels that allow you to organize items such as email messages, contacts, tasks, and appointments. For example, you might have one tag for Personal and another for Work, and you can then assign them to messages or other items.

Tagged items can also be easily retrieved, regardless of which folder they are in. There is no limit as to how many tags you can create, and multiple tags can be applied to the same item.
