JMP 16.1 for Windows

This software is available to staff, faculty, and students of Simon Fraser University. Please read the following terms and conditions. Downloading the software constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

  • Must be used exclusively by staff, faculty, or students of Simon Fraser University
  • Must be used within Canada, or
  • Used outside of Canada for no longer than three months of the license year
  • Must be used exclusively for teaching and research and administrative purposes only
  • SFU IT Services does not and can not provide technical support for this or any other downloaded software. Please contact SAS for support.

JMP 16.1 Installer

License Renewal

Please follow the renewal Instructions guide provided by JMP (hint: it's under the help menu) to update an expired JMP license.
Download the below linked file to your computer and use it as your "SID" file in the licensing dialog.

2024-2025 (expires March 2025)

    • Please save the file as "JMP161_9CYQQK_70077534_Win_X64.txt" and point the software at that.

Installation

  • Start the download by clicking the "Installer" download link, above
  • Once downloaded, double-click "jmp_16.1_win.zip" to unzip the installer
  • Find the extracted folder, open it, then navigate to the installer: JMP/JMP/16/Windows/setup.exe
  • Double-click "setup.exe"
  • Proceed through the installation wizard by clicking "Next >" several times
  • If prompted, choose to restart your computer
  • Upon restart, open JMP 16
  • The embedded license file is valid until March 2025. If you are asked to select a license file, choose the file in the renewal link above.
