Vancouver Desktop Support
Client and Research Services (CaRS) is the unit with SFU's IT Services department which is charged with providing computer support for SFU staff and faculty at the Vancouver campus (certain departments and faculties also have their own computer support staff).
You can contact CaRS staff at the Vancouver campus:
- by phone (at local 25030, or 778-782-5030), or
- by coming to the Royal Bank Instructional Computing Centre (room 1300 at Harbour Centre) during our regular lab hours (current hours for SFU Vancouver computing labs can be found here).
