SFU Print provides a cost-effective managed printing, scanning and photocopying services to meet the needs of SFU faculty and staff. It introduces new features to help improve the user experience, promote sustainability, and help reduce the University's printing costs. Faculty and staff will receive key fobs to to scan, copy and release their print jobs at SFU Print devices.
As part of the rollout of SFU Print, the current fleet of Konica-Minolta multi-function devices (MFDs) will be replaced with new Ricoh MFDs between July 16, 2018, and August 24, 2018. The current desktop printers supported by Konica-Minolta will be unaffected by this changeover.

Training sessions are available to all faculty and staff where you will learn about how to copy, fax, print, scan, change and recycle toners, and clear paper jams.

Fax numbers and email addresses stored on the existing Konica-Minolta
Konica-Minolta multi-function devices will be removed one week after the installation of SFU Print devices. If you currently have fax numbers or email addresses stored on the existing Konica-Minolta devices, please save them prior to their removal. Please refer to the Implementation Schedule for the timeline.

For information regarding billing, adding or moving multi-function devices, and ordering consumables or accessories.
Installation of new devices begins on July 16 and will continue until the week of August 20. The installation of each device is expected to take 15-30 minutes.
