To print to the Konica-Minolta BizHub 501 multifunction device from a Windows XP workstation:

  1. Click the Start button, then choose "Printers & Faxes";
  2. In the left-hand column, click "Add a Printer";
  3. In the Add Printer dialogue box, click "Next", then choose to connect a local printer, un-check the "Automatically Detect Printer" box, and then click "Next";
  4. Click "Create a new port", choose "Standard TCP/IP Port" in the pulldown menu, then click "Next";
  5. Click "Next";
  6. Enter the appropriate IP address:
