RETURN TO CAMPUS

It’s important that all students, faculty, staff and visitors follow the university’s COVID-19 safety measures to help keep our community safe.

Here are nine simple ways that you can help keep SFU safe.

Are you on Burnaby campus tomorrow and need to get your COVID-19 vaccine? Stop by the pop-up vaccination clinic in Discovery 1. It’s open to everyone aged 12+ who needs a first or second shot—no need to make an appointment or provide your personal health number.

BC PUBLIC SERVICE VACCINE REQUIREMENT

Earlier today, the B.C. Public Service Agency announced that all public service employees working in core government services and ministries will be required to provide proof of full vaccination by November 22nd. This requirement does not include university employees or members of the broader public service. However, getting vaccinated is the most important thing we can do to protect ourselves and our community from COVID-19. All faculty and staff are encouraged to get vaccinated and declare their vaccination status.
