LEADING IN TIMES OF TRANSITION

With the return to physical workspaces, or a hybrid of virtual and onsite environments, leaders face more unknowns and demands on their leadership.

This session is designed to provide you with tools, insights and frameworks for helping you to feel more grounded, oriented and confident in leading your team (and yourself!) through the coming months. You’ll have a chance to connect with peers on some of the challenges you are facing, reflect on some of the learnings and skills you’ve acquired this past year and prepare for the months to come. All levels of leaders are welcome. A second session will be held on July 15.
