The Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer is a moderately low throughput, microfluidics-based, automated electrophoresis instrument designed for quality control of biomolecule samples to be used in next generation sequencing (NGS), gene expression, biopharmaceutical, and gene editing research. The bioanalyzer consists of an instrument, data processing software, reagents, and a microfluidic chip specific for DNA, RNA, or protein analysis.
