The poster presentations and networking reception will allow all participants to engage with the speakers, poster presenters and attendees and discuss future collaboration opportunities. A complimentary drink ticket will be included with registration and a cash bar will also be available during the networking reception. Poster prizes will be awarded following the end of the oral presentations.
Graduate students and postdoctoral research fellows presenting posters will compete for Apple iPads and other prizes. Undergraduate students presenting posters will also compete for prizes made available through the support of our sponsors.
Poster prizes will be announced at the latest by 5:30 pm, and will be followed by a networking event.
Poster presentations and judging will take place throughout the day – during the coffee breaks, and the lunch break.
Posters should be no larger than 4'W x 4'H. Push pins will be provided.
Posters should be put up before 8:40 am on May 6, 2021 in order to be included in the judging.
Poster board numbers are assigned during registration, which opens at 8 am.
Posters will be judged by the invited speakers, attending faculty members, and guests from the community.
Posters should be taken down by 6:30 pm on May 6, 2021.
