The Help Desk can help you by taking the request, and/or passing it along to the appropriate person. Would include such things as:
- Keys and access cards
- pick-up, drop-off, report lost or stolen. Key and access card issues are handled on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 10:00 and 11:00 or at another mutually acceptable time.
- Building maintenance items
- lights (out, flickering, disable/reactivate)
- plumbing problems
- temperature/air flow adjustments
- building-related items requiring repair
- bulletin Board Notices
- recycling boxes
- restocking washrooms
- moves (sketch required)
- new furniture request
- Mail inquiries
- Receive notice of large deliveries to provide advance notice for service clerks
