IMPORTANT DATES - Christmas Schedule 2017:
Our office will be closed for the Christmas break from Dec. 25, 2017 to Jan. 1, 2018. ***Note that, the period from Dec. 15 until Jan. 1, there will be no formal reviews and approvals, although we will continue performing the other functions before the closure:
Dec. 15, 2017 to Dec. 22, 2017:
Due to staff availability, from Dec. 15 to the closure, there will be no formal reviews (ADORE reviews) and approvals of, study and course applications, and amendment requests for protocol changes. Until Dec. 22, 2017:
Applications that require Full Board Review, submitted by Dec. 22nd, will be sent for the January 10, 2018 REB Meeting.
Registrations for access to the application database will continue.
Administrative amendment requests (requiring only the addition of funding sources and study team changes) will continue to be reviewed and approved.
Annual renewal report reviews and approvals will continue.
Initial reviews of new applications and non-administrative amendment requests will continue. Again, no approvals for these will be issued.
Dec. 25, 2017 to Jan. 1, 2018:
The office will be closed for the Christmas break and will re-open on Jan. 2, 2018.
