Description

CALENDAR DESCRIPTION:

Advanced ratemaking: trend analysis, ultimate losses, expense provisions, profit and contingencies, overall rate indications, classification rates. Experience rating: credibility theory and applications, bonus-malus systems. Loss reserving: estimating unpaid losses and IBNR, statistical models and assumptions for outstanding claim reserves. Students with credit for ACMA 422 or ACMA 470 may not take this course for further credit. Quantitative.
