Alumni
More than 700 graduate students have graduated from REM since we accepted our first class in 1979. Many of these graduates now work with government, non-governmental organizations, First Nations, academia or private consultants, often in senior positions. REM alumni are a tremendous resource, and we have undertaken a variety of initiatives to strengthen our relationship with them.
Our alumni are engaged in many ways with REM, including occasionally giving seminars in the REM weekly seminar series, acting as committee members for REM 699 Master’s projects, providing research contracts for REM faculty and students, and employing students for co-op terms or upon graduation.
