  • July 22: Added to Stage 4, "External events permitted on campus, likelihood of reduced capacity, and pre-approval required."
  • July 22: Added to Stage 4, "In-person teaching and research consistent with public health guidelines; institution-wide Communicable Disease Plan in place based on provincial sector guidance."
  • July 2: SFU has entered stage 3. Communicable Disease Infection Plan has been updated.
  • June 23: Added to Stage 2, "Return to the workplace authorized by Public Health. Small in-person meetings allowed."
  • June 23: Added to Stage 3, "Most faculty, staff, and students will have access to first dose of vaccine. Second dose of vaccine available to increasing numbers of people. Slowing community transmission."
  • June 23: Added to Stage 3, "Public Health orders increased gatherings and support in-person teaching and research with safe work plans in place."
  • June 23: Added to Stage 3, "In-person teaching and research on campus, institution-wide safety plans in place based on provincial sector guidance."
