as the base name for the HTML anchor tags. When you use ODS to append to an
HTML file that ODS created, you must specify a new anchor name each time that
you open the file from ODS so that you don't write the same anchors to the
file again. (ODS cannot know about anchors that are already in the file when
it opens it, and by default it uses IDX as
the base for anchor names.)
