Indexing errors occur when you supply an invalid index to an SCL list function, just as it is an error to use an invalid array index. Valid values for list indexes depend on the function. Some functions do not accept 0 as the index, whereas other functions do. Refer to the index or start-index arguments in the dictionary entries for the SCL list functions.
