On May 22nd and 23rd, SFU will host Creating Connections 4.0 and bring together people of all genders and backgrounds for two days to discuss issues of personal and professional development, networking, and inspiration. The goal is to engage individuals and organizations to create a world where everyone can explore and participate in the opportunities provided by engineering, science, and technology to improve our world.

Similar to 2013, Creating Connections 4.0 has a Professional Development track on Saturday. This year, we have added a new track Friday afternoon that focuses on Leadership and Diversity. This new track is aimed at leaders/managers as well as self-identified future leaders in industry, to provide them with resources and information that will help them create and maintain a gender diverse workforce for their company.

Our Friday night keynote panel with Rt. Hon Kim Campbell, Diane Finegood, Fiona Macfarlane, and more, and post-Keynote reception is free to individuals that choose to attend either the Friday or Saturday tracks.

We cordially invite you to join by registering today! Early Bird rates effective prior to April 22nd.
