"You Matter" - A Self-Care Book for Survivors & Supporters
The Sexual Violence Support & Prevention Office (SVSPO) is pleased to announce the launch of our self-care book, “You Matter”, created by SVSPO staff and illustrated by Michelle Campos Castillo. “You Matter” is a self-care guide for survivors and supporters of those impacted by sexual violence. The book has been created with a focus on activities and practices that support a healing process, help find meaning and facilitate well-being. The intent of “You Matter” is to help ground the reader, provide them with outlets to process, and give them moments to rest and breathe through different exercises and acts of self-care.
