SFU will be offering a series of return to campus information sessions over the summer to support academic leaders, managers and supervisors as they transition their teams back to campuses in July and August.

The topics

Topics have been selected based on the most frequent questions we received through the covid19@sfu.ca inbox and the townhall on June 10, 2021. More sessions will be added as we hear more from the community about topics that interest you most. So far, sessions are planned for the following topics:

  • Workplace Accommodation
  • Transitioning teams back to campus
  • Adopting SFU’s Communicable Disease Plan
  • Ventilation
  • Parking and Transportation

The format

The one-hour sessions will run throughout the summer primarily on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Each session will be hosted on Zoom, by a subject-matter expert on each topic, and will be small and informal so there will be an opportunity to get questions answered.

Who should attend?

Sessions are designed for academic leaders, managers and supervisors involved in plans to bring their teams back to campus in the fall.
