1. At Olympic Village across from Science World, city ambiance as keynote (reflecting off the water as well), Skytrain at 0:30, distant voices of pedestrians passing behind me from time to time, siren at 2:10, airplane at 2:40, pedestrian at 2:50, Skytrain at 3:00, boathorn at 3:14, siren at 3:30, jogger at 3:50, electroacoustic beeps at 4:10.
2. Same location as above, increased record level, Skytrain at 0:30, voices of pedestrians about 60-70 metres from me could be heard having a smoke, Skytrain departs at 1:40, dog barking at 2:20, siren at 2:30.
3. Recording of a busker performance, track ID @ intro, busker is mic'd and amplified through loudspeaker, voices of passing people at 1:00, voices and footsteps at 1:20, footsteps and people passing at 1:55, "boo's" for Toronto at 2:25, clanging axes together at 2:30, slight cheering at 3:40, banging a tennis racket at 4:00, car passes playing music at 4:20, seagull sounds at 4:50, at 5:00 I begin moving around - closer to the loudspeaker, and eventually back to my original position before ending the recording.
4. Track ID @ intro, I use the side entrance by the public square, voices, machine noises - it's a very busy day here and it's quite crowded, footsteps at 1:24, track ID @ 2:20 - directions through the market, I enter the food court, a baby is crying at 2:45, track ID @ 3:33 - back into the market, people speaking Spanish language at 4:45, track ID @ 5:35 - U-turn and back into market, exit at 6:50 and track ID.
