SFU Conference and Guest Accommodations is pleased to offer 4 meeting rooms; perfect for meetings of 20 people and under.

Yes!  You are welcome to bring your own audio-visual equipment and no, we will not charge you extra (laptops, projectors, etc.)

SFU Meetings, Events, and Conference Services are able to provide you with unique and functional spaces for your meetings, conferences, social and special events, sports groups, lectures and presentations. They are able to accommodate small and large events at the Burnaby Mountain campus!

Individual Dining Options

SFU Dining Services offers a large selection of food and beverage items at various locations across the Burnaby campus.  Their locations include: Mackenzie Café, Simon C’s Store, the Diamond Alumni Centre, Renaissance Café, and the Residence Dining Hall, as well as special event and catering services.  Whether you are a vegetarian or vegan, have a dairy or gluten intolerance, or simply enjoy Halal meats, they have something for everyone to enjoy.  Follow them on Facebook or Twitter to stay up-to-date on Dining Services information.

Group/Conference Dining Options

The closest dining option for our guests is the Residence Dining Hall located within a short walk of where you'll be staying.  Offering diverse, nutritious food choices, the Dining Hall is open to the general public for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. During the summer months, the Dining Hall will be open Monday to Sunday, 7:00am to 10:00pm. 

The Residence Dining Hall accepts cash, credit cards and debit.

While 'walk-ins' are welcome, we highly recommend that groups of ten or more contact us to make special arrangements for seating and to accommodate any dietary restrictions your guests may have.  Contact stayhere@sfu.ca for more information.
