Admission from the USA: high school students 

Applicants studying at an accredited US high school/American international school will be considered on a combination of factors including senior academic courses, test scores, and advanced academic course work (International Baccalaureate, Advanced Placement, honours, etc.).

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • English admission requirement
  • Quantitative skills requirement - minimum of a C- grade in Senior Level Math 
  • Graduation from an accredited high school
  • SAT I score of 1550 out of 2400 or ACT Composite score of 22. Effective Fall 2017 the SAT requirement will change to a score of 1130 out of 1600.

  • Minimum of three senior level academic subjects

Submit an interim transcript showing final grades for all courses completed and a list of all senior courses currently in progress.

If you have been offered admission for the fall term, log into your Student Centre by June 1st to accept your offer of admission.

The SFU-Zhejiang University Computing Science Dual Degree Program is open to domestic and international students. Prospective students from China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, who do not hold Canadian citizenship, need to gain admission via Zhejiang University.
