Do not submit your documents via courier. Due to Covid-19, our staff are working remotely, and cannot receive couriered documents. Instead, you should submit your documents online.

Campus tours begin at the Tour Stop kiosk, near the Registrar and Information Services desk in the WestStone Group Grand Hall (Mezzanine level).


If you are visiting from out of town, you may be interested in our guest accommodations located at our Burnaby campus (40 minutes by bus and Skytrain from Surrey). For more information visit conferences and guest accommodations.

Surrey Campus Admissions Advising:

Ask your questions about all SFU and/or Surrey campus-specific programs, services, and admissions processes in an Admissions Appointment. The advisor will help you determine the requirements for acceptance into your program of interest and make the transition to becoming a student easier.

To Book An Admissions Advising Appointment:

Admissions advising appointments are available over the telephone only, from Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm PST.

Please e-mail and include your name, desired appointment day and time, and phone number. A member of our team will reach out to you to schedule your appointment.

Already admitted to SFU?

If you have already been admitted or are already studying at SFU and have questions you would like to ask, please contact the program advisor for your area of interest.

Residence information and visits

Visiting Residence is normally included in our Burnaby Campus Tours. For those who would like to visit Residence without taking a full campus tour, please email to request a Residence-Only Tour.
