Definitions
Financial Aid: Covers all forms of financial support such as Scholarships, Awards, Bursaries, Loans etc.
Entrance Scholarships: Strong emphasis on academics. Many scholarships look at a combination of academics and school/community involvement.
Entrance Awards: Strong emphasis on community, school involvement, volunteerism, leadership. Academic requirements are lower than those of scholarships.
Entrance Bursaries: Provide funding for applicants with demonstrated financial need. Academic requirements are lower than those of scholarships.
