A free drop-in workshop open to SFU students
Sip of C.A.R.E. is a platform for conversations about a range of topics concerning our overall wellbeing. Each week, we will engage in discussions and activities to reflect and connect our internal experience in relation to the topic. We will also learn and explore some new approaches to enhance our inner strengths to manage our wellbeing through practice so that we can get a sip of CARE at the end of the day.
In each workshop, you will engage in the learning process through:
Connection
Acceptance
Reflection
Empathy
