Students have many roles – often finding balance can be stressful and this has a significant impact on mental health, relationships, school, work and well-being.
Learn how to cope with balancing the responsibilities of being a busy student and understand and manage personal stress before it turns into distress.
In this 2-hour workshop, you will learn:
- To understand signs of distress and helpful steps to take
- Skills to lower stress using your thoughts
- Some emotional regulation skills
- Your ideal balance in work, life and academia
- Why setting boundaries is importants
