Building resilience and supporting your well-being
Bouncing Back is a non-credit Canvas course, designed to help you handle challenges at SFU and beyond.
Balancing your demands as a student in addition to other responsibilities can be challenging. The Bouncing Back course will help you apply specific strategies to build and maintain your personal resilience and well-being, and to identify and access resources. You will be able to describe how resilience can help you be more flexible and adapt to change, and examine the relationship between stress, success, well-being, and resilience.

This is an online course on Canvas, open to any SFU student for free. The course takes about 45 minutes to complete.
