Registering your plan with SFU

Updated August 27, 2020

You must register your plans for travel and self-isolation with SFU. You are responsible for informing SFU about your plan by submitting the SFU Self-Isolation Questionnaire. This will also give you better access to supports during your self-isolation.

Step 1. Register your plans for travel and self-isolation to SFU

An SFU staff member should contact you within 2 business days to discuss your SFU Self-Isolation Plan and how we can support you.

Step 2. Keep updated: SFU COVID-19 FAQ

Step 3. SFU COVID-19 Course

All students are asked to complete a COVID-19 training course. We all play a role in contributing to a safe and healthy campus community. The purpose of this training is to ensure that the safety and protection of everyone remains a priority.

By the end of this training, you will be able to:

–       Describe COVID-19 symptoms and how it is transmitted,

–       List the symptoms to watch for and what to do if you have symptoms,

–       Describe what SFU is doing to ensure your safety,

–       Describe the expectations of you as an SFU community member

SFU is adhering to all Orders declared by Provincial Health Officer and that regular monitoring of Orders and public health guidance will be part of SFU’s routine operations and that plans, protocols, and processes will be updated routinely to reflect the dynamic nature of the COVID-19 pandemic.
