Welcome Day

YOUR Campus Orientation – FOR ALL SFU UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

Are you a new undergraduate student coming straight from high school? Are you transferring from another post-secondary institution? Welcome Day is for you!

Join us for this informative day which will help you start classes with confidence. The day will highlight the many resources available to you, introduce you to your faculty, help you find your way around campus and, of course, connect you to other new students.

If you have a confirmed room in residence, and/or you are an International student, there are additional orientation activities available for you.

Welcome/Welcome Back Reception

Residence Orientation: Welcome Home

January 1 - 31, 2018
Burnaby campus Residences

This mandatory orientation is for all first-time residents (including FIC students) who have received a confirmed offer to live at SFU Residences. Residence Orientation: Welcome Home includes events, activities, and workshops before classes. After classes start, there are ongoing Residence Orientation events in the evenings and on weekends to accommodate most students' schedules. Residence Orientation does not conflict with Welcome Day or International Student Orientation.
