One-on-One Training

Starting out in fitness?  Not happy with your current program?  Training for a competition? No matter the fitness goal, One-on-One Training will improve your results.  Each client is matched to a select trainer that will coach and support you, teaching skills and proper techniques, so you can reach success.

Sessions are 1 hour. Clients must have a valid Recreation membership.

Partner Training - Train with a Friend!

Sometimes it's just more fun with a friend! Partner Training is a great way for you and a partner to support one another as you take your fitness to the next level. Our trainers will create and coach you through a customized program to meet your shared fitness goal.  This will include partnered and individual drills, exercises, and challenges to make for an effective and exciting experience.

Sessions are 1 hour. Both individuals must register at the same time, be present at all sessions and have valid SFU Recreation memberships.

Booking Partner Training

 

  • Fill in the Small Group Training Profile (also available at Rec Office & Fitness Centre).
  • Visit the Recreation Office. Online registration is not available for this service.
  • If you have any questions about small group personal training, please stop by or contact the Fitness Centre at 778.782.4950.
