Abhinav Bhatta

Abhinav Bhatta is currently in his fourth year study Economics and Education. He specializes in athletics performance training, strength training and hypertrophy training for muscle mass and fat loss.

Certifications:

  • NSCA Certified Personal Trainer
  • CPR C & Standard First Aid and AED training

Abhinav loves anything and everything outdoors, pre-Renaissance history and learning about the most obscure things. He loves to travel, eat and any sport that involves movement (including chess).

Rachel Cheng

Rachel Cheng is currently in her third year of a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Kinesiology with an Active Health and Rehabilitation concentration. She specializes in athletic performance training, strength training and agility training for beginner and intermediate clients.

Rachel loves being outdoors, playing basketball, hiking and trail running. She also likes to watch thriller movies and to try new foods!

Victoria Carriquiriborde

Victoria Carriquiriborde is a Psychology major, with a Kinesiology minor, currently in third year. She specializes in weight training.

Victoria plays rugby and used to dance. She is passionate about helping people live life to their fullest. She's interested in research, hiking, paddle boarding (anything outdoors really!), trying new food, traveling, learning about other cultures and movies.

Adam Chu

Adam Chu is currently in his fourth year studying Business Administration, concentrating in Finance. Adam specializes in creating a positive experience for beginners and intermediate clients instilling progressional exercises, circuit training and basic powerlifting movements to obtain ideal physique and muscle mass. He takes a practical and educational approach where clients should expect to develop a healthy fitness-oriented lifestyle.

When Adam is not training, he can be found playing acoustic guitar, exploring beautiful British Columbia via hiking and most importantly spending time with friends and family.

Laura Cuellar

Laura Cuellar is in her third year of a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Sociology. Laura specializes in working with beginner and intermediate weight lifters and enjoys programming for strength, hypertrophy and functional training. She also enjoys training for physique building, and likes to mix things up to include calisthenic and circuit training in her programs.

When Laura isn't at the gym she enjoys spending time outdoors, relaxing with friends and family, playing soccer and dancing.

Hannah Davis

Hannah Davis is in her fourth year of a Bachelor of Fine Arts, majoring in Film with a minor in English. Hannah specializes in body weight exercises from her experience as group fitness instructor, as well as free weight and exercises on machines. In addition, she loves working with beginners.

Hannah also loves dancing, weightlifting, yoga, movies and music.

Siddharth Jha

Siddharth Jha has graduated with his degree in Bachelor of Science in Health and Life Sciences. Sid has trained multiple clients with goals for strength and hypertrophy through weight training. He constructs programs that include aspects of holistic health, injury prevention, and progression on how to advance from beginner to intermediate and advanced lifting techniques. Sid loves to include aspects of functional strength, and also focus on sport specific training when needed.

Andrew Liao

Andrew Liao is currently in his fifth year in Kinesioology with an Active Health and Rehabilitation concentration. Andrew enjoys functional training that can be incorporated into and improve daily life.

Andrew plays ultimate frisbee and watches hockey, movies and TV shows in his spare time.

Marvin Ly

Marvin Ly is currently in his third year of a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an Active Health and Rehabilitation concentration. Marvin enjoys working with clients with strength and hypertrophy goals.

Outside of the gym, Marvin enjoys watching/playing hockey, gaming, reading, writing, playing guitar, listening to music and hanging out with friends and family.

Malcolm MacRitchie

Malcolm MacRitchie is currently taking a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in his fifth year. Malcolm specializes in maintaining healthy habits and strength training.

Malcolm also enjoys playing PC video games, playing and watching sports and sleeping.

Murtaza Mushtaq

Murtaza Mushtaq is currently in the second year of a Bachelor in Computing Science. Murtaza specializes in building strength, hypertrophy and body weight training.

Gabriel Tan

Gabriel Tan is currently in his fifth year studying Kinesiology in the Active Health and Rehabilitation Program. He specializes in functional training and helping clients get connected to their bodies. Gabriel also has experience with powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, bodybuilding and calistenics style training.
