Healthy at Home

Adjusting to a new routine of studying or working from home can leave many in unfamiliar territory - especially when it comes to keeping up with your health and fitness. SFU Recreation is striving to make this easier by offering ways to fit in movement and find balance in your daily 'self-isolated' routine. Drop in for a live workout, flow through some yoga poses, or utilize some of the fit tips shared on our Instagram to improve your health and mental clarity during these uncertain times. We hope you are able to make the most of these resources and that they create a positive impact on your day!


Live Classes

Join us this spring for FREE online fitness classes from January 18th - April 1st, including yoga, dance, and bootcamp style workouts - all taught by SFU Recreation instructors! Get a great sweat and some endorphins - everyone is welcome!
