Moving out of residence early

Summer 2020 term

• During the summer term, residence will prorate fees for students who wish to return home when travel restrictions are removed. Summer term only. Contract extensions for summer will be until September 1st at the latest.

Fall 2020 term

• For fall 2020 term, students accepting their contract are commiting to the terms of the contract. Students can opt out by Oct 1st for the spring term with no penalty.  There is no proration for early departures.
