Relay for Life

Relay for Life is the biggest fundraiser for the Canadian Cancer Society, and is a 12-hour Relay in which team members take turns walking or running around a track in order to raise money for cancer research, prevention and cancer support.

Who We Are...

The Relay For Life Large Scale Program promotes and raises awareness for the SFU Relay For Life event in March.  We help promote the event by encouraging student residents to start their own team, or join another.

We also help fundraise for the event through bottle drives, 'Pie a CA' events and pub night fundraisers.

Did you know that SFU was the first post-secondary institution in British Columbia to host a Relay for Life event?

Every year, we seek to maintain our lead as the top fundraiser per person in the youth category across B.C. Alberta and the Yukon!  This can only be done with your help!! So please consider donating or being a part of this great opportunity as it is for an amazing cause.
