Campus Electronic Display Request

The large display screens located above the escalator in the Mezzanine and in Podium 3 at SFU Surrey are ideal for getting your message out to the SFU Surrey community. To be considered for display, your message should be of interest to a significant portion of students or the general SFU Surrey population.

Campus Electronic Display can display your slide for a maximum of 1 month period. Extension may subject to approval, please specify in the Additional Info box below.

Submissions must be in the form of ready-made slides adhering to the SFU Common Look and Feel. We reserve the right to reject slides, graphics and/or text that are deemed inappropriate or of low quality.

Please make sure your slide meets the following requirements:

If the event you are advertising is NOT at Surrey campus, please specify the Campus Location plus room number. Ex. Burnaby Campus, Convocation Mall

If you don't receive a confirmation in three working days, please contact us at sfusurrey-postings@sfu.ca. Accepted submissions are usually posted within 24 hours, except on weekends and holidays.
