SFU expert on proposed federal marijuana tax

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is suggesting a revenue-sharing model with the federal and provincial governments, with both receiving half the revenue from taxes on recreational marijuana. SFU economics professor Stephen Easton, an expert on Canadian marijuana tax implications, is available to comment.
